Meet Frank. This wee fella was surrendered to us after his former humans accidentally dropped him and broke his leg. They were not able to cover his costly orthopedic surgery and knew that the kindest thing would be to let him come to Love Leo so he could get the medical care he so needed.
He’s doing great post surgery and is a happy, sweet puppy. We think he is a chihuahua mix with pretty hazel eyes. Our guess is he will be around 15-20 lbs at maturity.
