Is it possible for a dog to be too friendly? Well possibly in Sunny‘s case — it is possible for a dog to be too friendly. In Sunny’s case – the answer may be YES.
This three-year-old husky mix was surrendered to the shelter by her owner. It’s very rare that we rescue a dog and have some background information on them. Her owner left detailed information about her which will be so helpful for her next human. Based on what we know so far, it’s hard to believe someone would give her up. But — it seems like there was an issue with homeowners insurance and that’s the reason this lovely dog ended up behind bars. Here’s the glowing A+ report card that her family gave her:- good with dogs- good with kids- House trained- crate trained- likes car rides- spayed and up-to-date on shots and microchipped – VERY friendly Sunny arrived today and we can say that all of the above seems to be true. She really enjoys her crate and settles down when she’s in there. She had a bath and a brushing and would benefit by losing her quarantine 15.
