Meet Pinky. She is an itty bitty chihuahua puppy who was surrendered to us by her forever family. She is about 2.5 lbs now and we think she will be under 10 lbs at maturity. She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being held and seems to do fine with other dogs.
