Meet Everley – which means Brave. And that is certainly true for this smiling dog. You would never know from her sweet disposition and happy go lucky attitude that her history was filled with abuse. The shelter contacted us about a cruelty case dog – a 7 month old pitbull who had been beaten by mentally ill minor in her previous home. The results were several broken bones included a fractured femoral head. She has had surgery to repair the breaks and luckily for her she is on the mend emotionally as well. She is one of the sweetest girls we have ever met. Tail wagging 24 hours a day. She is looking for a forever home to call her very own.
