Meet Windy. She was rescued from a hoarding situation along with two other moms and 22 puppies. Happily all are safe with local rescues now. This girl is sweet and affectionate especially considering her rough past. However she is still learning about the world around her and needs to be taught basic manners as well. She is looking for a quiet, patient home and would do best with no kids under 14. We think she is about 3 years old and appears to be a Wheaten terrier Mix. She is on the small side (about 10 lbs).
