Meet Rocky. This dignified 6 year old boxer mix spent 2 long months at the shelter waiting for someone to notice him. And – finally someone did. A volunteer fell in love with him and knew that any dog labeled a “helper dog” at a crowded, stressful shelter must be very special. She was right. Rocky has such a good temperament he was used to help evaluate other dogs at the shelter.
Now Rocky is safe with us and looking for a forever home of his own. He is well mannered and good with dogs and kids. He is about 6 years old and needs to gain a few pounds. He would be good in a home that walks a dog to take for strolls around the block and naps in the sun. Adopt this sweet boy and your will be repaid with love and loyalty.
