Meet Gerald. When we saw the sad expression on this guys shelter photo – we knew we wanted to help him. He looked so heartbroken and dejected. He was turned in as stray over the July 4th weekend but his family never came for him. He waited nearly a month for someone to save him – but nobody came. He was such a good dog – they kenneled him with another dog where he waited in crapped quarters, hot August weather – and yet he maintained a tail wag for everyone who passed his kennel.
He is now safe with us. He is great on leash, dog friendly, crate trained, house trained and an overall great guy. He is about 55 lbs and 7 years old. For more information on Gerald: loveleorescue@gmail.com
