Meet Cotton. He was turned into a far away and very rural shelter with a broken leg. We called multiple times to see if there was any interest in him and the answer was NO. SO we got our ducks in a row and set out to rescue him. Now he is safe at the vet and got a properly fitting cast on (the one the shelter provided was too small). He is feeling much better and is now neutered, chipped and vaccinated. He is about 3 years old and 12 lbs.
