Meet Ned. This blue beauty was surrendered to the shelter for no good reason. He is about 2 years old, gets along with other dogs and is laid back and very sweet. He is about 40 lbs and I kid you not – his head is about 1/4 of his body. Someone will be very lucky to add this handsome boy to their family.
