Meet Latke. She was surrendered to the shelter because she came down with parvo and her former owner did not have the ability to take care of her. She came down with symptoms of the virus very quickly and had to be rushed to a 24 hour emergency hospital for care. She spent 4 days there and is now beginning to recover.
She will spend some time in a foster home before she will be ready for adoption.
