Wallace

Wallace

Meet Wallace. This little guy had a rough start to life. Our guess is he was hit by a car and suffered a broken leg. If that was not bad enough – he was then impounded at a very crowded shelter with no foot traffic and very poor funding. Wallace waited and waited. Christmas passed, then New years – nobody was coming for him. Once we saw his cute face and heard his sad story – we rushed to get him out and to our vet. Because so much time had passed his leg had already started to heal. Our vet determined it would be more traumatic to do surgery then to let it continue to heal. So now he is in a foster home and on the mend.
He’s very sweet and very cuddly. He does well with other dogs and probable would be fine with cats too. Our best guess is he is about 6 months old and some combination of pug and corgi – probably which a bunch of other breeds in there too. He should be no more than 20 lbs a maturity.
He’s been through a lot for such a young pup and really deserves a forever home of his own where he will be spoiled and adored.
Thank you for choosing to adopt and saving a life.
