Beau is another dog that came to us from Mexico. This well behaved husky (Akita?) mix who was found literally living on top of a bunch of garbage. He was so sick with tick borne illnesses he could not move. Some superstar Mexican rescuers got him to safety and he was treated for 6 weeks with antibiotics. Now he is safe in LA and doing great. He is a very active – VERY playful dog who would do well with another large breed dog who enjoys wrestling and playing. He also does well with small dogs.
